I was overbilled by $1000, and I cannot get anyone to respond to my complaint. When you add up all the charges on the bill, and then subtract the $1500 deposit that I gave them, I should have only owed them $598.80. Instead, they charged me $1724.13 for a charge that should only have been what is previously mentioned. Although it shows as credited on the bill, somehow $1000 of my down payment did not get subtracted They refuse to do the simple math, and say that their billing system is correct, when in fact, it is an error. I can provide the final bill that they gave me.Business response

We were very saddened to receive this complaint, #********, from our client. We work very hard to resolve client complaints as quickly as possible. In this instance our lead front desk receptionist walked through the complete invoice with the client when the first complaint was received, ~8/10/22. I later spoke with the client on 8/11/22 to let the client know I would review the invoice just in case our computer was inaccurate. I am not sure how the client is adding up the numbers but time after time when we add up charges using an adding machine we come to the same number as our computer system. Please see the attached invoice and adding machine tape that demonstrates this.
We always work to settle concerns in a fair and professional manner and are willing to discuss any suggestions you may have to resolve this concern.
