      I saw sterling at vitality on two occasions, the second being when I signed up for the program and they had me complete a care credit application for over 2800 for the program. The program was very shrouded in secrecy until I paid and even then barely any information was given and what was, was completely misleading. I was told it would be someone checking on me daily and working with me on a healthy lifestyle, etc. That is not at all what the program is. They gave me 30 days worth of supplements to take, and put me on a very restricted diet. The supplements were all basically magnesium, a laxative. The supplements made me incredibly sick, I lost 15lb in two weeks. I never heard from anyone at vitality unless I initiated contact and then received short answers. No health coaching ever occurred, they also never explained anything about the program or how they reached the decisions as to what supplements I needed to "correct my imbalances and heal my body from the inside out". I contacted them and told them I was sick from the supplements and could not continue taking them, other than them telling me to come back in and see the same people who had been untruthful and misleading from the start they offered no solutions. I emailed about a partial refund or changing to another office location, I paid for the entire program up front and they got their money and have ignored me since. Now I am on the hook for close to 3k with care credit when I can't even do the program as it is detrimental to my health. I feel like they should refund the card, less the supplements I received in the beginning. Other than a book which is basically a food journal with instructions on how to take the pills and a print out of my bio scan (they had me place my hand on a pad for 20 min, told me I had inflammation, handed me a five page print out that makes no sense and never explained it) when I asked they said they don't like to overload people with information in the beginning.

      Over the past eight years, we have had the honor to help over 1000 people with successful natural weight loss and nutrition journeys. So you can imagine this is very hurtful to the team to read these comments.
      Our records show the client did not show for her scheduled follow up appointments where we would be able to address her concerns and help her. Showing up for the follow up appointments is very crucial so one does not get confused or misdirected in her program. We have found that those that come to their appointments achieve the greatest success.
      We have reached out to her multiple times, as recently as September 13 via email to try to help her healthwise as well as give her an opportunity to move on with a happy resolution if she did not want to continue working with us. We received no response. Only to get a BBB complaint. We would really love the opportunity to help her.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The last email communication I received from vitality was on August 23rd to confirm an appt. I canceled that appt due to my children having covid and texted sterling to let him know. When I communicated with him via text later with concerns about the supplements making me sick and the lack of any type of coaching as advertised I got no real response other than I could come in to discuss. After feeling like I was blown off with valid concerns I then texted and said I would not be returning. I have never not shown for an appt. I canceled them after finding out the program was nothing that was promised in the first two visits. I have checked spam folder in addition to regular email and there was no communication sent on Sept 13th as you state, there has been no response to my complaints submitted to vitality on their website so I moved forward with a bbb complaint. I don't feel I said anything "hurtful", just truthful, which you are not being.

      MONEY WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I used this companies services back in 2020. At that time I signed a six month agreement for a certain amount to be changed to my card. After I agreement I discontinued the service and I was no longer charged. Today is May 12th and for no reason at all a charge for $49.00 came off my card from this company. Now here is the odd thing. I've gotten a new card since then with the same number but a different expiration date. This company never had that updated information. This is how you know it is thief because they had to figure out what my expiration is in order to charge me. I'm filing a police report soon. Shame because I would have went back and did business with them but not after this.

      We have not been able to get a hold of this gentleman. And not sure why he felt the need to go to the BBB for this. He stopped in the office on May 11 and told us he thought there was an errant $49 charge on his card. The staff was in a training at the time but we took down his information and told him we would research this and get back with him within a day. It was approved for reimbursement that afternoon. But apparently the next day he felt the need to write a BBB complaint. 

      Nobody stole anything from him.
