Cherry Window Cleaning came to our house on March 28, 2022 to clean interior & exterior windows. They had to return to clean some windows in the basement and garage that they missed, as well as to reclean a couple of windows near the kitchen sink. Also, two window grids in a 2-story staircase had fallen out and one broke (this was after I had cautioned the cleaner that they must be securely clicked in or that might happen). After emails and phone calls, they finally picked up the broken window grid for repair at the end of MAY. It is now JULY 1st and they still have not repaired, returned & replaced my window grid.Business response

Our worker, *******, took care of replacing the fallen window grid on 7.6.22. The customer was satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and found that this resolution was satisfactory to me. The business performed this action and although it took 3.5 months to reach this resolution, I now consider this complaint resolved. Many thanks for your help!
