      Windows Direct USA recently replaced windows in my house. The installation team was on time, worked very efficiently, and even completed the job early. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows and doors!

      Awful, first 23,000 for windows and they damaged my windows TWICE. Rep said wood on inside but no not wood and yes lighter shade but she said wood not laminent. Wrong grids on 2 of them and 1 wasnt even ordered so we have odd one. I want to put all the stuff but too long. I have pics and I'm embarrassed to even show my windows. Only reason I gave a star is the center hinged kitchen door..love the built in shades but of course he damaged the threshold and it never got fixed. Too expensive and 11 months later still haven't got the windows replaced right. I hate given bad reviews but I will never use them again.

      On 5/8/2023 SIGNED ORDER FOR BATH SHOWER CONVERSION AND SHOWER IN LOWER BATH TO HAVE 3' BY 3' SHOWER REDONE. IT WASNT UNTIL 5 MOS LATER. WE HAD MULTIBLE DELAYS, WORK NOT PROFESSIONAL, LOWER SHOWER STILL NOT RIGHT. NONE OF THIS WAS WORTH 20,000! THEY WOULD NOT CUT THE PRICE FOR 500.00 THE LAST DAY, UNTIL I AGREED I WOULD RELEASE THE MONEY FROM FINANCE CO. STILL NOT SATISFIED AT ALL ABOUT PRICE WE WENT LONG TIME WITHOUT FIXED BATHROOMS.

      So we ordered $20,000 of windows awhile back. We had unexpected delays & then on window delivery day, they were missing our large window. We did get that installed within a couple weeks which was appreciated. We had to miss 2 days of work due to rescheduling & making sure we are home when they came back to install the rest when we were originally told 1 day install. However our windows had over 20 scratches on them, missing paint on the corner seams, scratches on the actual black finish, & gunked up areas. They came back out & gave us touch up paint, & sanded down the raised areas on the windows. After they left we noticed more areas that needed to be sanded down and weren’t. Then our awning kitchen window broke when we opened it, the two parts that locked the window came loose/off. They ordered replacement parts for that, & now the awning part for the window broke so I can’t open the window. They said they’d order another part for it. Now one of our screens on our windows has holes on it. It’s just one thing after another. We haven’t been offered any reimbursement, discounts or gestures that would be expected for such a hassle. The window installers themselves are super nice guys, so no complaints there. The office staff, not so much. They don’t communicate the best. I hate making bad reviews, as I know things happen but this experience has been very flustering, and to charge $20,000 for windows that are already coming scratched, messed up paint, excess gunk, & broken parts is really just unacceptable. We still don’t have a 100% working kitchen window, a replacement screen, or 100% smooth windows (referring to raised gunk). Honestly I’d probably pay extra & go somewhere else where you wouldn’t run into these issues.

      Sorry you're not satisfied with your purchase. Your windows have a lifetime warranty and if any warranty defects occur they will be replaced at no charge. We will call you as soon as we get the pin clip in for your window to change it our. Let us know if you need anything else.

      An agreement was made between me and Windows Direct for the installation of 7 windows in March 2022. The people measured the windows 3 times. After 3 months they came to install the windows and 2 windows were the wrong size. One of the windows that was installed in the bathroom was crooked as well. After I found out it would be longer for the other 2 windows that were the wrong size, I requested for the payment I made to be canceled and for Windows Direct to recalculate the amount for the 5 windows they installed already. I called several times without receiving a response. When I finally spoke to the sales rep, he insisted that he would bring the correct size windows, give me the 2 windows that were cut wrong, and “eat the costs.” I discussed the agreement at length and would not have accepted the offer for them to come back if he had not said he would cover the costs. When they came 2 months later to do the installation of the other 2 windows, they requested $1000. I refused to make that payment and spoke to the sales rep about the agreement we had made. He disagreed that he had said that, went back on his word, and insisted on payment. The installers left and took the 2 mismatched windows we had agreed I would keep. I was then sent a letter threatening a lien on my property if I did not pay the $1,000. I have since made the $1,ooo payment. In Summary, the windows took 6 months to install, cost $800 a piece, and were advertised as $300 a piece. When an error in measurement on their part caused a further delay, they made promises to cover costs, then did not follow through with their agreement. Windows Direct made no attempt to rectify the problem and have poor business ethics.

      We do not agree with most of your statements in this review. We never agreed you wouldn't have to pay your bill. We reached out multiple times and you dodged us each time until we sent a letter stating we were handing it over to collections. Also we don't advertised a price on any of our products so not sure where that's coming from. We fulfilled our contractual obligations 100%. Your windows have a lifetime warranty against all product and installation issues so please let us know if we could help you in the future
