Woods sanitation provides trash/pickup for most of the county. They will skip my assigned trash pickup days for multiple weeks at time and blame it on snow and bad weather. The last 2 times there has NOT be any snow on my road or any other road and they still skip the assigned day. I would totally understand if the snow made traveling unsafe but they take advantage of people that are paying for a monthly service. Every time I call for a credit to my bill because they missed 2 of the 4 scheduled pickups they refuse any type of credit. I am required to have trash pickup by the county/city and do not receive the service I am required to pay for! This has been an on going problem for yearsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/25) */ WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVICE BUT WE HAVE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS THAT DIDNT RECIEVE SERVICE DUE TO INCLIMENT WEATHER. EVEN THOUGH TRASH MAY NOT BE PICKED UP ON REGULAR SCHEDULED DAYS DUE TO WEATHER..IT IS ALWAYS MADE UP THE FOLLOWING WEEK OR WHEN WEATHER PERMITS. AT THAT TIME ALL TRASH IS COLLECTED. SO IN RESPONSE TO THE CREDIT SITUTATION THAT IS WHY NO CREDIT IS GIVIN. ALL TRASH IS STILL COLLECTED ONLY THE DAY IS CHANGED DURING INCLIMENT WEATHER SITUTATIONS.
