I am being charged 4 times in attorney fees for being late and threatening after being on maternity leave and every time I make a payment that claim is the last payment of fees they come up with more payments and I’ve asked for attorney information to be emailed to me and I have yet to receive an email with the information I’ve requested and was stated that I will be charged for calling to ask the attorney questions. They are pocketing the money they’re charging for themselves, I’ve paid for their thanksgiving dinner, Christmas, new years, children’s clothing, a new car and much more honestly and they didn’t expect me to ask for the attorney’s information to call. I’ve been behind on other bills trying to save this one and my payoff amount is constantly going up pass the amount I’ve agreed to in the contract and I’ve almost paid for the building twice the amount I’ve agreed to. THE SH** THEY’RE DOING TO PEOPLE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!?? If there was a way I could leave a review for 0 “ZERO” stars I would. I am definitely contacting my attorney and getting this handled.Review from Rusty M

When I was diagnosed with cancer I contacted all my creditors. They all worked with me to be able to make things work during this difficult time EXCEPT for barn management. They will simply tell you that they will be forced to have the building go into repo and have it picked up. I have since beaten the cancer and Barn Management is still a bunch of crooks who do nothing but bully you and use scare tactics to get you to pay, and their interest should be against the law. They are on the same level with car title loan places in my opinion. Biggest bunch of liars on the planet. DO NOT use them to buy a building!Review from Meg R

Ordered a building to be a home for myself after being put on disability and loosing everything. It came six weeks late with no communication from them and they tore the tin roof off in the driveway Had me get 35 cinder blocks delivered to not use them but then later when I complain the building is separating and shifting ask for the blocks the $10000 ac never worked one inch cracks around all doors and windows front door wouldn’t never did lock or shut right now six months later it’s in three pieces they’re threatening to repo after we agreed to a lower payment until fixed they refused the payment said no one ever told me that and are threatening me to repo knowing I’m battling health issues and laughed at me on the phone hung up on me I name itReview from Tina W

I've been on hold with barn management group for 30 minutes. I made 59 of my 60 payments with proof on their payment website. I called to make final payment because their website says you can't make final payment online. Now they are telling me I owe 6.5 more payments even though THEY show I made 59 payments. My attorney will be contacting them for fraud. Buyer beware!!!Review from Kendrea H

If I didn’t have to give a star to put this comment I wouldn’t have. I owed a few 1,000’s on the shed I was purchasing from them AND I was over the project so decided to sell the shed. The guy that I was meeting to view together and purchase the building LITERALLY showed up to my house with papers in his hand that confirmed that T********* **** ******* not only shared my personal information about the account with this guy but they also allowed him to transfer my building to his name WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Therefore when he showed up to my house to “talk more” he came with paperwork stating that the building was already his. I was so very disappointed that it was so easy for him to get info on my account and felt very violated. It was NOT that man’s business how much I owed and he did NOT HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY to make ANY CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT, I HAD NO SAY SO. He was 100% a stranger and they were 100% WRONG!! What if I didn’t wanna sell it to him?!Review from Brian N

Can I give a negative star on this rating, I literally just was called a liar by the person that was giving me information on my account?. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY we bought a "play house" that ended up costing us over double the amount our contract stated. I am not a finance major, therefore I should have understood the lady selling this building, which completely mislead and it was already a done deal. I wish I would have read these reviews before getting a shed. I signed an agreement for a shed I was going to use for business and then got COVID and fell behind on payments and they would not work with me at all. When I finally had a sum of money to offer them a payout for most of the shed, they refused and wanted instead to collect rental fees forcing me to either pay a balloon payment including the fees or no deal at all. Not matter what they want to collect rental fees. I see I am not the only one who experienced this either. Literally the worst company I have come across. There's no force majeure to protect customers in the event of a major emergency out of their control. Total usury.Review from Amanda M

They are scam artists.. STAY FAR AWAY, RUN DONT WALK! I thought I was purchasing a shed from them but after the phone call I just had they are saying that I'm only renting this and that if I wanted to purchase then I had to pay a balloon payment.. IDTS!!! I have a contract that says I'm buying it for $3,000 that's what it says but they are changing it. 6 months ago I called and asked the pay off and the lady sent me a text with the amount owed never said anything about me only renting it nor a balloon payment. Do not do business with these people, unless you plan on being screwed over. I called, got pay off, paid all except $300 because I had reached limit on daily purchase amounts for my bank. Called back shortly after and made a $250 payment, which would’ve left me with $50, NOW I’m being told my payoff is OVER $650. Was calm, tried to get it figured out…. Was THEN told either I pay the OVER $650 right away, or I will have 19 more FULL payments of $250….. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! That’s another $4,750! HOW DO THEY GO FROM $50 to $4,750….. WHAT? These people are COMPLETELY shady and seriously need INVESTIGATED. SOUTHERN CHARM WHILE THEY ROB YOU BLIND I will DEFINITELY be looking into filing a lawsuit.Review from Jesse H

Hey people, stay away from barn management, you will never pay it off with their dirty deals and expensive late fees, last month i had a balance of $150 that they told me i had and get an email today saying i owed over $300 because they didn't put what the manager had told me about the balance in their "transcript"....I'M FORCED TO GIVE THEM A STAR BUT THE ONE I GIVE IS TEN TOO MANY.
