I was charged $14 for an automatic car wash at this location and the soap, foam and other chemicals supposed to spray out weren't working properly. I tried to contact customer support with no replies.Initial Complaint

On March 2nd, 2022 I went to the F5 AutoWash in Morganfield, Kentucky. I went into the middle self car wash and tried to purchase time. I swiped my car and it charged me $10 and gave me no time. I wasn't given any water or soap. We went to the next one and I just decided to use a five dollar bill instead. On March 3rd, I looked at my bank account and I noticed they charged me another $10. I gave the car wash $25 for a total of 6 minutes and 40 seconds of time to wash my car. They have no information on how to reach them, or a website for additional customer services of any kind. I want my money back and I think they should update their contact information or something where if there is a problem, we can get help.Initial Complaint

Saturday January 22, 2022 I visited the garden mile rd location. I paid $18 for a car wash. The car wash started Spraying soap for 5 seconds and then shut off and did not turn back on. No way to get refund or get ahold of anyone at the business.Initial Complaint

Tuesday, September 21, 2021 F5 Auto Wash XXX-XXX ********** Rd, Henderson KY XXXXX I selected the $8 car wash due to only needing change to use the vacuum cleaners, I put in $20 it's stated on the machine it excepted $1, $5, $10 or $20. I should have received $12 back which I did not. I sat there for probably a minute maybe longer waiting for my change and the machine kept telling me to pull forward so I pulled forward and it made one maybe two passes ** water on my car and told me to exit the washbay. So not only did I not get my change I also did not get the car wash. that I paid for. Personally I feel as if I should get a full refund or at least my $12 back. I posted on Facebook asking if anyone had any contact information for the car wash which no one did but I had at least five or six other people complaining about the same car wash taking their money or charging double on there card.Initial Complaint
