              In October of 2021 we purchased a used motor home knowing it would need some brake work done. We called Major Brands. They said sure bring it to us. They said they completed the work. We'll come to find out the work was not done correctly. The clips were left out and now 6-7 months later we are having to replace the rotors and brakes. We paid this place $900!

              Broke down in Kentucky, it was my transmission and it was under warranty. Major brands said it would be no problem to fix it, we have a mechanic that went to school for Chrysler. So I rented a u-haul to pull my trailer back to Missouri. I contacted the warranty group about my transmission and got a new one sent to major brands. When I drove back to Kentucky to get my truck it was making a god awful noise and was assured the sound would go away. Well when I got back to Missouri to my regular shop we dropped the transmission and saw the spacers for the flywheel we’re on the wrong side. It totally ruined my flywheel and the adapter plate on the back of the transmission. So I had to purchase a new adapter plate and flywheel which was $700. I contacted glen the owner of major brands about rectifying the situation and he apparently didn’t let me finish a sentence and said he would whoop ** *** if I was ever in morehead, ky. I do not recommend this shop to even change a tire!
