I purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50 Sport from this dealership on March 25, 2022. I put down $12,000 in cash because the salesman insisted the more down the cheaper my payment would be. The total amount asked for the vehicle was $42,618.74, so it made our monthly payment $474. We drove the car and everything seemed to be wonderful, other than one of the tires the salesman said it may just need air in it so they put some air in it for us. The car drove a little better after that but come to find out it had a knot in the tire, so we ended up purchasing 4 new tires for the vehicle. Long story short we only drove the vehicle for 4 months and the transmission and motor are needing to be replaced in the vehicle and total repairs are going to cost us around $26,000 to have it fixed. We have the CNA Warranty which we were told is fully loaded and doesn't expire until December 2023, but our warranty is not wanting to cover the cost because they said the problem is from "Lack of Maintenance". We purchased the vehicle with 35,207 miles on it and the vehicle broke down on us on July 30, 2022 with 46,374 miles on it. Mind you the oil light never came on in the vehicle telling us we needed the oil changed but we did get our first oil change on July 28, 2022 before going to New York. Had to get it towed to the nearest ******** Dealership for $200 bucks and had to purchase a rental for a week to get back home that cost us another $888.32. Apparently when the car was taken to the ******** Dealership we were told the vehicle had sludge in the motor and metal fragments in the oil so this caused the car to completely shut down on us and is no longer drive-able. Reached out to the dealership for help and they told us that they could put some money towards the repairs but that was it. So I pay for a warranty that won't cover the repair cost and a dealership that can barely help. UNACCEPTABLE!!! At this point I would like a refund for the vehicle and money I've put into it.

Before buying the car, I pointed out a scratch on the fender and was told, no problem we will take care of it. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a dent on the fender as well. Once again I was told, no problem we will take care of it. I've been calling and still have not got the repairs. The business claims to be backed up. The business just continues to put it off.

On September 30 2021 my wife, *******, and myself, *******, went to Mann Dodge Mt Sterling to look at new trucks. The salesman, *** ******* went inside to get the keys to a new truck for us to drive. I saw *** and the sales manager, **** ******* leave the back of the building and *** returned with a 2020 used truck. The truck did look good, so we were interested. At that time things began to be rushed. We were told that because it was the end of Sept, he, ***, needed to make the sale that day to give us the sale price. We were told the price was good because the truck had been taken back by Chrysler as a lemon. We were told the problem the truck had was taken care of by Chrysler, so we purchased the truck that day. The truck mileage on the registration is XXXXX. The mileage now is 17266. I have personally driven the truck 187 very babied miles. I have another truck and car that are my daily drivers. One day last week I had driven the truck to my store and had backed in to unload some items. The driver side of the truck is the side I would notice first. This time I was on the passenger side near the front wheel when I noticed the damage. I then drove to the dealership and *** ****** said that **** ****** would have to see it. Another salesman was there at the time and said they had another truck on the lot just like it and they could swap the wheel and cut tire with it. **** ****** arrived at the dealership and looking at the damage said I must have done it after I bought it even after seeing the evidence to the contrary but said he would talk to someone about it. I heard nothing from them so today, 12/16/21 I talked to the dealer's owner, ***** ****. He said to bring it over and he would take a look. I arrived at the dealership and ***** came out with the service manager. ***** came out to the truck and immediately became rude and irate almost yelling that he wasn't going to do anything, then quickly left. I was shocked at his behavior as was the service manager.
