Won online auction 30 March 2023. Unable to pick up the next day between 10 am and 3 pm notified *** ******* who stated we could arrange next week. Scheduled friends, trailer, equipment and relayed we'd be there Wednesday. *** ******* replied that wouldn't work. Reset my resources for the following week only to be rebuffed again. It wasn't until after this *** ******* shared the sellers wanted to be present and are only available T, Th, and F after 4 pm. Contracted with a professional towing service and agreed to allow them to interact directly with *** ******** On 19 April 2023 *** ******* sends a text stating, "I will contact credit card processing company today and credit your card back." Being patient to see the refund post to my credit card, it has not arrived after two weeks. So, I sent a text to *** ******* noting I had not received the refund. His response: "Card has not been credited I never received a response from you." Not sure where I needed to respond to his promise of a refund. Now *** ******* informed me, "Please feel free to contact yiur credit card company."
