There customer service representatives (Maggie with Outgoing Transfer, Jazzlyn, and Laikyn through app's customer chat) are untrained and provide incorrect information constantly. They don't follow up after they have provided incorrect information about fees not being charged to let you know they gave you the wrong information and charge your account. They say they'll waive fees, but they aren't. You can not check the activity and fees for your account to make sure that they were accurately waived. I was told the account transfer fee was $50 on 4/17/2024 by Jazzlyn and then Maggie says the account transfer fee is $100 on 4/18/2024. Get it together!Review from Virginia T

Worst company ever to deal with. Been trying to get all my assets to another brokerage firm; was told I needed to go thru *********** to sell my silver. Supposedly they did that while I was on the phone w/them 8 weeks ago, but my cash is not showing up anywhere. I think both companies are rip off artists! I also think any 5 star reviews you see were planted there by someone in the company. Stay away from ******* ***** *** *********** ****** ******* For supposedly being “Christian”, they do not act like that AT ALL!!!!Review from Carlos C

Absolutely horrible company to work with. Its difficult to get a hold of anyone and once you do, they say they'll get back to you to answer your questions and never do. Use someone else, I cannot emphasize that enough.Review from Sasha P

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is a money-gab, not an investment. They gave one week's notice that they will be carging a minimum of $20 per month or a % of balance, whichever is greater. They are also telling me if I do close my account. I will be charged 99$ I had had over 260$ and now its down to 160 do to fees. And will only be $61 after their closing fee.Review from John J

I hold both precious metals and real estate in a self directed IRA. I am pleased with Kingdom Trust. Self directed IRA's take a bit of learning initially and certainly does not replicate the communication you expect from large 401K/IRA companies. As for self directed IRA, the fees at Kingdom Trust are significantly better than others, who may provide more of a customer interface. So in the end, the question is how much do you want to do versus paying others to do. I'm very happy with Kingdom Trust and find the patience and communication to be just fine for this type of IRA investing. I had zero issues getting money out to purchase real estate and associated charges for insurance, etc.Review from Heather O

1) No ability to speak to a human unless you ‘schedule’ a call online - which will take days. 2) Sending emails to info@k**** and waiting for a return response take far longer that they should. 3) The online chat feature is a joke. I have not ever gotten a response from a human being. 4) Investors should be able to get monthly statements - not annual.Review from Andrew C

I signed up for an account on April 8 and deposited money into my account immediately. I used a referral link to sign up and have not received my referral bonus. My friend used my referral link to sign up a couple days after I signed up and I did not receive a referral bonus. He also did not receive his referral bonus. This company is using false advertising to get people to open accounts, they advertise that they will give you $50 for signing up and depositing money into your account, but they will not pay.Review from Martin S

"I highly advise against using Kingdom Trust for your precious metals IRA due to their abysmal customer service. They don't have a customer service line to call, so you can only leave an email and hope for a response. However, the responses I've received have been unhelpful, merely referring me to their website for documents. On top of that, I've been charged fees for paper invoices despite repeatedly requesting electronic ones, and have even received late fees despite overpaying and having proof of payment. I've tried to get in touch with Kingdom Trust about these issues, but have received no response beyond a generic email acknowledging my support request. Overall, Kingdom Trust's lack of communication and poor customer service make them an unreliable choice for managing your precious metals IRA. I urge you to look elsewhere."Review from Jim M

Absolute pain in the butt to deal with. Took me 15 min. to open an account. Took 5 months to withdraw my assets. No one knows what anyone else is doing. As an example. They were finally to the point of transferring the assets. I was told I needed to pay a shipping fee and another holding fee. At that point I was sent confirmation of payment and was told I would be contacted before shipping and an agreed upon delivery date would be discussed and agreed on. After 2 weeks I recontacted them to find out about the hold up. The employee told me someone in distribution had dropped the ball and it never went through. So I had to repay the fees and was told once again told the shipper would contact me about the details. I received a shipping notice just to confirm that the assets had shipped. I had no idea who the carrier would be or when it would arrive. I gave it a few days and after hearing nothing, I recontacted Kingdom Trust. The woman on the phone told me I would be notified once it shipped. She said it had not yet shipped. Then a few hours later it was delivered. I recalled Kingdom Trust and the employee said she hadn't gone through the dispersing tickets as of when I called, so she had no idea where it was till I contacted her. This covers the clown car from after the holidays to the first week of February. I'd have to write a book to describe August when I asked to close out till the end of December. I can't believe I entrusted them with money. Never again
