    Today is Feb 19, 2022. I have a ***** ***** washing machine that has been down since 1/28/21. Ward Elkins came out to our house on 2/8/21 to look at the machine. The machine needed a lid lock switch, a new tub, and motor. About 2 months later, the parts came in and Ward Elkins was here to replace them. Once all the parts listed were replaced, the machine would still not work and the problem was due to a bad mother board. A new mother board was ordered and in June of 2021, Ward Elkins was back out here to replace the mother board again, the machine would still not work. More parts were ordered, and in August of 2021, Ward Elkins, showed up again to replace more parts. The parts were replaced but the machine was still throwing an error code and Ward Elkins said they would order more parts. During the time span of August through December, I placed 5-8 calls to Ward Elkins, asking when would my machine be fixed, and what parts were ordered. Two different people answered the phone for Ward Elkins, neither one of these people could answer my questions while I was on the phone with them and always said “I will call you back”, they never called back. Finally on December 9, 2021, Ward Elkins send the repair man back out, his response was, "I thought this machine had been fixed", then the repair man told us “The parts from visit in August were never ordered". I called Ward Elkins on February 18, 2022, same response, "I don't know, we will call you back". I left a review on ******, same day as the phone call, the OWNER of Ward Elkins told me to contact ***** *****....I contacted ***** ***** in August of 2021, ***** ***** told me to contact Ward Elkins, and ask what parts had been ordered, I can't answer ***** *****s questions, because Ward Elkins can't answer the questions over the phone and will not call back. To say I am disgruntled with Ward Elkins is an understatement, I have come to despise Ward Elkins
