Well it didn't give the option of 0 stars. I had work done years ago by Mark Adkins and his son. I just called them out to check out my system again. His son and another worker came out and said that he had to go underneath my porch to get where he needed to be to drain tank he cut my porch support area and only ran pump not even 10 minutes he put a riser underneath my porch telling me that's what I need. When they drain my tanks before none of that had to happen Mr Mark Adkins wet and Doug outside of my porch and was able to drain my tank which he was drain in my tank it lasted a good thirty minutes or more now my porch stability is ruined and I don't believe my tank is fully drained out I was charged $600 for this service I am so dissatisfied and will never call him again his son is ruining his business Mark needs to open his eyes
