I am a tenant at New Haven greens New Haven Kentucky 40051 my landlord's name is Pam H****** her boss's name is Faye ***** and I need information on how I can get my money back from what I have paid overage from what my rent was supposed to be and what it was I was being overpaid double now she's not going to renew my lease March the 1st last year and February she falsely reported that I had income of $300 each month which I had zero which made me have a rent up to a hundred and something that I could not pay so for January and February since I couldn't pay it she filed eviction papers on me in order to get to stay here because I had nowhere to go I was homeless when I came here two and a half three almost three years ago when she made the statement that I had an income of $300 I wound up having to sell my car and pay her $700 and some dollars for January February her court cost my court costs not to have to walk up in court now March 1st and my research is due again and I've already been told by Ms Faye Lucas that it will not be my research will not be done they're not going to renew my lease but yet nobody has said anything about the $700 that I falsely had to pay $1,600 that I paid over in rent but she will and she has been taking people out of their homes and not even care where they're going and that's what's going to happen to me March the 1st I'm on here because I don't know where else to turn I don't know what to do but I sold my car so when she puts me out of my apartment I won't even have my car to go back into to live I will be back out on the street this woman should not even be able to work with the public she has the nastiest demeanor for herself she treats everyone like their lower than dirt and she has absolutely I'm a I have mental issues she is also is writing me up every day just because she can knowing I can't do a thing about it since October this year I have 30 right UPS each month sometimes two a day and this woman won't stop she will not stop
