4/28/2022 (Thurs) I took my motorcycle ** ***** ******** to have them put brand new tires on spoked wheels and swap w/ existing aluminum ones that were currently put on the bike. First, Clint on the phone said it’d take only a couple of hours to do and rushed me to come in. I provided all necessary parts, bearings (except inner tubes) AND even a shop manual for them to follow the specs/ procedures. After multiple failed works; 5/5 (Thurs) They put the front wheels backwards of its rotation direction. 5/9 (Mon) called me to come to pick up but my bike was sitting in front of the shop w/ complete flat tire. I was finally able to pick up the motorcycle but multiple safety issues with it. 5/11 (Wed) I finally picked up the bike and inspected the front wheel and saw some type of goo all over the tire walls. I knew they cheated and never used the tube inside (just used goo to seal the spoke stems inside) or just took old one from the other wheel and reused. (They charged me for NEW inner tubes.) I rode away as SLOW as I could and immediately noticed the speedometer not working. I sucked it up because I’d NEVER wanted to bring back there ever again. Came back home for further inspection and found out front axle nut wasn’t tight. Speedometer gearbox was not put correctly. Bearings were not replaced with ones I brought in for them to use. None of bolts were torqued. Some were flat-out loose. Wheels were not balanced. The valve stem was removed from the other wheel probably reused. I know these because I have taken all apart again to do scrutiny for my safety reason. This shop created a DEATH MACHINE bound to fail in middle of the road and ready to kill me. They agreed and charged me $400 for putting tires I provided, replacing inner tubes w/ NEW one (that I assume from the old stem they took from old and reused), replacing bearings (that I confirmed they didn't, most likely they threw out the new ones), removing and putting the wheels back on. None was done right.
