We moved to our new address in 11/23. Previous to that we regularly (normally weekly) purchase items from Bluegrass Bids auction. When we moved we continued our auction purchases and occasionally I will drive the 2 hours to pick up items from them. We changed our address on the auction platform, posted our new address to be shipped to on the notes section for the auctioneer and waited for our deliveries... Shipments continued to go to the old address... Infact, 2 of those shipments we never recovered and lost the money we put into them. After getting a phone call through to them my husband was told there's nothing they will do to fix it and in order for things to go to the right address it would be easier if we just opened a new account with a new email and the new address attached to it. So we did and everything started going to the correct address. I thought everything was fixed until today. I got the UPS delivery notice with a picture and it's setting at our OLD ADDRESS AGAIN!!! That address is not associated with this email at all!!! I've put in a phone call to Bluegrass Bids without a response and we've tried retrieving the package from our old foreclosed address. We love buying from their auction and they do an amazing job, but we are at a loss of how to get them to fix our address in their system so we aren't out not only the money from the product, but the shipping costs as well.Business response

Hi, we have reached out to the customer and resolved this for now. Our shipping service is not up to par, but soon we will have a brand new system.

I purchased an item through the bid process and was not able to pick up due to having Covid. I got there a week later and they said they relisted it due to me not coming. There was no phone call or email stating I need to pick up or they would relist. I don’t have an issue with them relisting but they should refund it. Why should they be able to sell it twice. This is not good business practice.Business response

Customer has been refunded. This was a courtesy refund. All customers must pick up on stated pick-up days.
