March 19 I went to 12 k and under motor to try and finance a car. We got a 2007 *** ****** that was picked from the back of the building. It still had the previous people's mails and personal items in it that they didn't get out I had to shred those peoples mail. The only problem we was aware of was the strut needed replaced on the left front side. About a month later all the problems started happening. I had to replace the idler pulley 3 times on different occasions, The Alternator, breaks and rotors was rusted so bad so they had to be replaced, we had to make shift a belt because the belt kept snapping the idler pully, and water pump. I didn't get to replace the sway bars or the struts because I spent 6 months fixing problem after problem. I only drove it maybe for a month out of the 6 months we had it then the timing chain went out. We spoke with 12 k and motor about fixing it and the agreement he made with us if we can fix the timing chain that he will stop payments until we fix the car and then return to making payments. We talked to a couple mechanics first about the timing chain and all the work that you have to do to fix it and the equipment you have to have to do it. We didn't have that type of equipment or the 5000$ to pay for a mechanic to fix it. so we told them to come get the car. That same day on September 17th of 2021 we was told they were taking legal action on us but never heard from them until yesterday jan 31 2022. They are repoing the car and trying to stick us with the bill over 5 grand when it has been nothing but trouble with breaking down.
