Project started in November 2022. Paid 10,000.00 for deck replacement. Used more existing material than agreed upon. Poor and shotty workmanship on areas of the deck. Called to have them come out many, many times and each time they NEVER showed up as promised.Initial Complaint

Hired for home renovation April 2022. Site demolished only. Three checks have been cut with no progress made since October 2022. Multiple texts and calls to company, with promises of progress however none completed. Our next step is to contact an attorney.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to put a covered porch on my house to cover my deck. They did the work and I was satisfied until I was notified by a roofing company the the roof that was put on was not put on correctly. I didn't find this out until final payment was given to *** ******** After contacting *** he agreed the roof needed to be fixed and would come fix it the next week for me to remind him. The final check was given to them on march the 1st of 2022. He was notified April 23rd about the roof not being done correctly and said he would fix it. Told me to remind him with a text. I have text and called several times only to get the run around and nobody has fix the roof. The roof needs ridge cap shingles and flashing where the roof meets the house and to be caulked where the flashing meets. I have several text messages saying he will be here to fix the roof but never shows up. Its now may 17th and he has had plenty of time to fix roof but won't show up. Being nice i even sent him some references and let someone he asked to come look at my porch until i knew there was an issue. He has been paid in full and i just want what I paid for and it to be done correctly. My next step will be an attorney. thank you for your timeBusiness response

I had a porch roof constructed and put on my existing front porch at my home. The porch roof is nice however where the gutters connect together at the corners of the porch roof, it drips water after it rains on both sides. ****** *******, owner of business did not come back and check to make sure job was completed as it should be. I have contacted him via phone messages several times. 2 times he told me he would be at my home the next day but never showed up. The 3rd time I called, he told me that all 3 of his business trucks were in the shop at the sake time. I called twice after that, and he has not responded. The gutters that were put around the porch cover are not the same color as my original gutter that he cut off my home (as he chose apparently instead of buying a new piece to match side pieces) and they used side corners where gutter pieces meet, and spray painted them and that color does not match anything, so now I have 3 different colors of brown on 1 porch roof gutter around it.
