My *** was buried in 9/2018 with all expenses pd. Father’s Day 2021 I came from Indianapolis to Owensboro to visit his grave site only to find none. I called the following day to find out why I couldn’t find his headstone. I was advised he had a balance (headstone only). I was never notified, the money he prepaid was/is still in their pockets, and I was advised that I needed to pay more money. 7/2021 I paid half of what was agreed. I called today to see if his headstone/ring had been installed b/c 10/15/2021 is his birthday and I was going to drive to Owensboro to put flowers in his ring. Since 7/2021 I have called the Cemetery 3 times and have been told “we will call you when it’s installed”. It’s been over 3 years my ***, ***** ** ******* should have had his headstone installed by now.Customer response

I guess the Cemetery will get away with their wrong doing. My *** died of a sudden heart and was not in need of a POA he was capable of handling most of his affairs. I was only his medical POA at the ** hospital here in Indianapolis, which I don't get a copy of. By him living here in Indianapolis with me, then directly across the street from me so I could keep any eye on him then, me being his sole beneficiary of his life insurance policy, I took on all responsibility for his care including transportation, medication reminders, making medical appointment and any other thing he needed. I do understand your request but this is so unfair. Know one else is going to advocate on his behalf. Good Day.
