If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered in late July a "worm" costume and ended up receiving the item within a reasonable amount of time. I paid for the item and had already thrown away all paperwork. Fast forward to mid-August and I receive an invoice in the mail for the exact amount I had already paid. Then a couple of weeks go by and the charge for my order comes out again. I have tried emailing them twice and have tried calling as well, to no avail. I'm close to disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. Would not recommend buying from them as they could possibly charge you multiple times. And who knows? Maybe they'll feel frisky and charge me more in the future.Review from Tara M

I ordered a Halloween costume from this company, and attempted to contact them minutes later to cancel the order. I sent an email then called both customer services numbers on my order email and their website to hear the message these numbers were no longer in service or have been disconnected. Their website details you must call them, but cannot as the phones are out of service. I then get an email back saying to return the product via my Amazon Account with no further instructions, but I didn't order the product via Amazon and Amazon cannot return it. They list a price guarantee on their website, however this was not honored and they cannot be contacted to honor it. Terrible customer service with incorrect, misleading information online.
