Yesterday evening 7/27/23 I was at this complex visiting my Daughter and my Grandbaby. We were sitting outside visiting when Laura the sad excuse of a "Property manager" as she likes to throw around loosely drove by on her un-needed golf cart and told my Daughter that I better get off of "her" property or she would call the cops. No one was doing a thing wrong. I guess she didn't like my presence there since I used to live there and didn't put up with her crap or kiss up to her. She then proceeded to cuss me out in front of my Daughter, my other 3 year old Daughter and had her in tears and my 9 month old Grandson. Called me every name in the book saying she's glad she got me out of there ( which she did not, I was planning to leave there anyway) yelling at me while sitting in the middle of the street. She had alcohol in her hand and was toting around one of her friends I guess trying to impress her. These new owners have no clue that they have the most trashy, unprofessional person working for them; running literally ALL of the good and decent people out of there. I have lived here off and on for over 15 years! there used to be a waiting list and now there is over 20 empty apartments because of this psycho! All this woman does is drive around and look for people to harass and try to have a power trip she clearly has no reason for. I have also been told that she will pocket people's rent money and then evict them saying they never paid their rent. She has felony fraud charges on her already for similar situations at her previous jobs. The city might as well bull doze this place as long as she is in the picture! STAY AWAY!!!! spend your hard earned money on a place that is actually updated and worth it!
