    This hotel is not fit to be open. The rooms smell musky, have mold and when my daughter stepped on the carpet her sock got completely soaked with water. I complain to the manager Mehta G*******, he advised me that he would give me a full refund. I told him I would wait for proof of refund and he assured me that he would give me a refund. I restated that I would wait around for the refund, this entire conversation was done by phone at the front desk he would not come and talk with me. At this point he said I should leave or he would have me removed for trespassing. I reluctantly left but he did give me his personal cell phone. I checked my credit card for a refund and he only refunded half. I tried to call him but no answer, I called the hotel and they told me to call back in 5 minutes and Mehta would answer the phone, I did just that and the hotel did not answer my call back. Again I called his personal cell phone no answer, so I blocked my number and Mehta answered first ring, told me that he doesn’t give refunds and my conversation with him never took place. He then asked me why I would ask for a refund and I explained to him but the he said that can’t be true since the hotel every night is at 80% capacity. I told him from what I experience that cannot be true he then said if I don’t believe him, he doesn’t believe our conversation ever took place and hung up. Would not answer the phone again. I complained to Wyndham Customer Care, we’ll see where that goes but not holding my breath. Stay away far far away.
