This business is one of the worst in terms of generating refunds in a timely matter. I paid a deposit for services/treatment that I didn't end up going through with because of other health issues. The total amount paid was $300 back in May 2023 (I have the receipt). I've been trying to get a refund since July. Every time I try to contact the business be it through phone, email or in person they tell me the refund is in process. They've been telling me that since July and it's the end of October now! They are quick to take your money but drag their feet giving out refunds!Initial Complaint

I was billed $1513.50 on 12/14/2022 by Tony Delk IMAC for services not rendered. I requested a refund multiple times and was told it was in process. They closed the Larkin Road location in January of 2023. I have called the main business line for IMAC Regeneration Center of Paducah countless times and they refuse to discuss or return phone calls. They have also closed multiple locations in other states. It is obvious they are in financial trouble and have no problem stealing from people to buoy their failed business model.Business response

This dispute was resolved prior to the receipt of this letter. I attempted to respond online but no submission option was available as it stated the case was closed due to nonresponse. Below is a screenshot of the refund processed for the benefit of the patient:
