Terrible communication! My A/C unit has gone out after just 2 1/2 years. They will not respond with a piece of paper that proves they purchased this A/C from Friedrich. It is 100% under warranty by Friedrich. However I need a receipt for proof of purchase. It is such a simple ask any A/P would have this in their files. I'm going to be out $1580 because EZ Portable building will not answer my messages. Corporate number has been disconnected! You would think after spending $48,000 with them, they could take a minute for me. Don't give them your money any issue you have they will leave you stuck in the HEAT!! 90 degree's here in Kansas!Review from Julie S

There isn’t a star! This place took over 20k from my sister and told her they would give it back. They haven’t and ignore her calls! She is on disability and has nothing. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND WHAT THEY STAND FOR!!!Review from Denise M.

I brought my shield 58 months ago. I put down 1000. The cash value for this shield is 3776.03 as of today I paid 8129.12. My account don't tell me how much to pay if off over emails when you're 8 days late a repossession was call. I have contact for 60 months. How much more money they will demand out of me. If you don’t mind waiting 11 weeks for a shed then this company is for you. This company took my down payment knowing that they could not hold up to building the shed in 4-6 weeks as was stated in the beginning. I just got off the phone with the woman who answer the phone and now she’s telling me that she said building time would be 10 week. I don’t know who in their right mind would wait 10 weeks for a shed but not me. Once you give this company your money it will not be refunded further more the finance company has already started to send me bills for a structure I do not have. Please investigate these companies they take your money and jerk you around. I believe if you can’t do business in a timely fashion, then you shouldn’t be doing business. Please shop around when it comes to buying a shed, it’s probably best to buy one that’s already complete so that you don’t have to go through what I’m going through.Review from Fay R

I cancelling intended purchase. The entire sit down transaction was not fully transparent and deceitful. Reason: i chose a specific design and put$500.00 down sign an electronic specification for the design of my shed. And was given a copy of my order and attached to the back of my order were additional pages with my signature alleging i have agreed to lease the shed for 60mths. Rather than showing i will have a$19,027. 00 Bal. It says i will pay $769. Per month. I did not agree to such. They knew what he was doing the first time i saw such.Review from Debbie M

I ordered a 10 x 12 garden shed for 14,1oo expensive with premium package. Before delivery it sat in Mt. Vernon IL for 2 weeks in December. Said they did not have enough drivers. From the revenue i gave the I am still owed 7,900 dollars. I was told they cant reimburse my money. I Told them i would not order anything else but Rick Reed knew i was desperate for a home. He pulled out an old floor plan of a 12x40 instead of allowing me to create my own. I was not happy with prices so had to cut back items from list. I was furious. I am still waiting for that building to be completed. They are also charging double tax and a waiver i did not ask for. Im getting ripped off and taken for granted. Im about to seek an attorney. I live in Illinois and paying Missouri tax. They take too long and the insulation and materials are cheap. They should be stopped.

Debbie, thanks for your review. We are working hard to improve our production processes to lower our lead times, we have an influx of orders which has delayed our production time, especially on premium finished units. Your building is getting the interior finish done now and we expect it to be completed around the 20th of June 2023. You purchased your building around the 1st of December 2022. Our Approximate wait time was 16-18 weeks, which would have put you into mid May as being finished. WE are two weeks behind as of today on this project. Purchased a new 10x16 building from the EZPB dealership in Wrens Ga. Paid in full and it has been delivered to my property. Problem is that I have NEVER received a paid in full bill... written warranty. Dealer only said his name was... JJ . Have text him numerous times asking him to mail me PAID IN FULL receipt and Written warranty. Gave him ( JJ ) my mailing address. His response is that he was going to mail it. Ordered my building in late March with the understanding of 6-8 weeks for lead time. Paid full 10K. I have been given one lame excuse after another by Hopkinsville sales rep. Always promises "by the end of the week". At this point, I doubt work has even been started on this building. I am getting the run around and have had just about enough and I consider their behavior fraudulent. I do not trust people when they try so hard to come up with a different excuse every time you contact them. I am seeking for a FULL REFUND. As a disabled veteran I live on a fixed income, and spending 10K on something you don't receive is a no go.EZ Portable Buildings Response

Barbara C****** purchased this building March 18,2022. Per the sales agreement we gave an expected lead time of 16-18 weeks. This info is printed on the agreement. However these are always aproximate estimates due to material shortage, etc. This building was delivered within 16 weeks. Delivered on 07/20/2022 within the expected delivery time. There should no negative review here. -
