      I have been trying to work with the company regarding my payments. I attempted to make them last night bringing the acct current. At 9am est I called and made a $200 payment that has not posted to the acct Since then I made an additional $500+ I was speaking with a representative at 4:20 cst where I was hung up on for the second time today and never called back I attempted to call back with no response except a message stating there closed which the website says 5 cst In addition this am I was told they would be there till 530 cst I just want my acct showing cleared up and want to be reassured no actions are being taken to repo the unit.

      After reviewing call on 4/1/22 at 8:47 AM(CST), Ms. ******* did contact our call center department and was told her account was sent to repossession on 3/29/22 and a driver will be assigned to pick her building up due to her being over 60 days past due.  Balance due was $555.63. She told the CSR run her card for $200 and it was approved. She was going to call back and pay the remainder. She called back at 4:24 PM(CST) and was transferred to our CSR Supervisor. She stated she was told one amount and then another in order to stop repossession. CSR Supervisor told her she owed $355.63 in order to stop repossession. Call was disconnected.

      Hours of operation are M-F 8:00-4:30 (CST)Office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

      On 4/4/22 at 8:04 AM(CST) we received a web payment for $530.63. This was sent to the repo department and repossession was cancelled. At 8:38 AM(CST), Ms. ******* emailed and called our company, leaving a voicemail waiting to payoff account but was disconnected and wanted a call back.
      At 9:32 AM (CST) CSR called Ms. ******* and but no answer and left a voicemail and also emailed customer.


      Ms. *******'s account is current and repossession has been cancelled.
