I went to take my diamond to have put in a setting and my opal pendant needed a hook out on it and I had a broken chain that needed to be fixed and I dropped these items off to Mr ****** ****** and he advised me they would be finished in a couple of days and it’s taken over a week to to get them back and I’ve still not gotten the diamond setting back but the opal pendant he put a fake 14kGE hook on it and tried to tell me it was real 14kt gold hook then he told me today that my diamond I bought into have put in the setting was indeed fake that it was CZ and that is not the case I know the weight, the clarity of my diamond and it was not fake, he had told me a story about some other business takin out real diamonds and putting fake ones back inside of peoples jewelry. I know my pendant it has no translucent color to it whatsoever it’s solid white and it’s offset and it’s much smaller than the original one that was in in it, I would like someone to help me with this matter please it’s not fair and it’s not right that people like them have been getting away with deceiving people for god only knows how long but Mr ****** tried to tell me that 14kt GE was indeed the same as 14kt gold solid, how is that the truth? She has the wrong store. She is trying to complain about a store in pikeville. She has never been to my store in Paintsville.
the store she is referring too is not a member of the BBB
