We had All Seasons come out to vent our dryer through the roof, as it was venting into the attic. The vent was extended through the roof but connected to our bathroom exhaust vent, not the dryer. We tried calling multiple numbers related to them to request they come back out and connect the extension to the right vent but multiple numbers we tried are no longer in serviceInitial Complaint

April 16th I called All Seasons Roofing & Exteriors. The man went buy my house and sent me an estimate and said he could fix my roofing issue on Monday April 23rd. I paid $1000 and I have my invoice showing payment. He showed up at 10:00 on Monday put a sign in my yard and said he would be back and his help would probably be there before he got back. Nobody ever came back. I emailed twice, no response, I called twice with again no response. I took the day off work to be here. I would like all my money refunded.Initial Complaint

Contracted Jeremy to replace my roof and gable vents in January 2022. He completed the roof but told me he didn’t have the materials to complete the vents. Jeremy asked for final payment and told me he would be back in six weeks to complete the vents. Six weeks past and Jeremy never showed up. I texted him five different times in nine months. He always says he’s going to show up and complete the work but never does. I told him I was going to take him to court. He came back and did a half job completing one of the vents, but had the wrong color siding, but still installed the siding that didn’t match the same color as my siding. Jeremy text me the next day to let me know he was going to order the correct color siding and come back and complete the job. It’s October 2022 I’ve text him several times he will not come back and finish the job so I have to take him to court to get reimbursed for someone else to finish his uncompleted work. Jeremy is not reliable if you hire him to do any work for you do not pay him until he has completed all the work in the contract, because he will not show up to finish the job if you pay him the total amount that he is owed.
