    I have used this bank for over 10 years. I am on Disability and use Direct deposit. I never. Understood how it all worked. After a situation where someone cashed checks and I didn't know one person did help me understand some things. But I told her I would remember this down the road. Its just how my brain is ....slow and limited. So for years to make up the loss of money I used overdraft...I did call years ago to make sure it was ok and I was told it Was fine as long I paid it back every month which it was. 8 months ago I decided to work on my credit, which I never had. But after signing ownership papers on my place...A trailer yes , but it's mine and I did lot of work on it myself. So after learning how turn on my debit card I began using the bank more but I would get in trouble trying to understand... pending and posting... I finally got a loan and got my credit up from 425 to 640 in 6 months ...then before the 4 this year. I called to ask about when things would be cleared if I paid them on Fri ....and I was told that I should be ok by the 5.... After paying all bills my account was +$1.98. At 2pm on the 6th I used overdraft after leaving it alone for awhile, and took 200.... thinking I would be 232. Over Which I could do..But the bills didn't clear and they paid the 200...and put all my pending bill into overdraft along with 32 ea and sent me -586... After calling and trying to explain to rude women who could careless and her tone was more abusive she told no drafting and she would bring to -390..I asked her to at least give 300 overdraft and she said this or nothing...I knew I was trouble....I can't pay my water, Electric, or city bills and on top of it. I called the bank and asked about my and they cancelled it because someone tried access money and she got rude because I was stunned and upset and then she I was lucky they only took that and hung up.... SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIX THIS. THEY THINK I'M STUPID AND THAT'S WHY NO ONE WILL HELP. LOOK MY ACCOUNT PLEASE
