We were there 1hourand 22 minutes got served one drink at the start then a second bout 25 minutes later and never got anything after that. Got our bill and it had a 18$ service tip so I took it to the front she called management she came out said it's company policy for that to be on there I said but u didn't provide that the last 25 minutes we ate with no drink. She said ok how bout I call the cops Caz that is ur bill and u will pay it. I said I will pay my bill but that 18$ is for a service u did not provide. She said I'm calling the cops not dealing with the Is. She would not talk about it and was just rude about the hole thing grab the phone fr the start of the Conversation and said u owe the bill pay it I told her I tipped ur cook 10$. But I ate with no drinkBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/05) */ We received the complaint from BBB on 11/04/2021, this was the first time the General Manager was made aware of this compliant. Upon conducting our internal investigation, we would like to apologize to Mr. ******** for the actions of our employees and floor manager. This isn't the way, Peking Hibachi conducts our business and the employees have been reprimanded. Mr. ******** will received a letter of apology and a gift certificate, for his trouble. We appreciate his and all of our customers business !!!
