I received a bill from Highlands on 7/13/2023 in the amount of $162.00 for date of service 3/6/2023. The bill was for an inpatient/observation service. The bill is coded incorrectly. I have not been admitted to the hospital. I have spoken to ******** **** about this issue on 9/21/2023 and 9/26/2023 She told me that she would send it to be recoded. Spoke with ******** **** again on 10/23/2023 and she states she hadn’t received a response. Spoke with ******** **** again on 12/12/23 she states she hasn’t received a response. I received a bill dated 7/13/2023 in the amount of $118.73 and I made a payment in the amount of $68.73 on 8/7/2023 which left a balance of $50.00. Today 12/14/2023 I received a collections letter from Credit Bureau Systems Inc for the amount of $50.00. The insurance claim was billed incorrectly.
