Omg they changed the oil and rotated the tires. When rotating the tires they bent the underneath of my car and in changing the oil left the cap off and oil was everywhere. The admitted to leaving the old cap off. But claiming they could not have bent underneath as their oil lift jack could not have caused the damage. Saying they did not rotate tires, even though they charge me and it’s on my receipt.Business response

***** ******* does not feel that we damaged this vehicle. The type of lift we use has swing arms and lifts the vehicle from the outside edge of body seal. Not from the middle of the vehicle. Customer called when they arrived in Florida after driving over 500 miles to say we damaged their vehicle.
When customer brought the vehicle back in we did inspect the vehicle in our Service Department along with our Body Shop Manager and discovered the damage was to the center of the vehicle and not the outside edge. Customer also had Watermark dealership in Madisonville, KY to inspect the vehicle and when **** ******** ******* ******* spoke to their Service Department, they too came to the same conclusion that the lift could not have cause the damage the vehicle.
As for the oil cap, yes that could have been our mistake, but not the damage to the underneath of the vehicle.

On or about 6/11/2023 *** ******* brought his 2023 Chevrolet Colorado into our Collision Center for repairs. An Adjuster from his insurance company, *********** came to our Center and wrote an estimate for repairs on 6/14/2023, see attached documentation. Parts were ordered and his vehicle was repaired per the insurance estimate from ***********. I will add that as the vehicle was being repaired, additional hidden damage was discovered which did require a supplement from ***********. The Adjuster re-examined *** ******** vehicle on 8/25/2023 and approved the supplement. During the process of repairing *** ******** vehicle, we had delays in getting parts, due to a national backorder on vehicle parts from the manufacturers. Due to this delay, *** ******* did run out of his time in his rental paid by ***********. Our Company agreed to pay for the additional time *** ******* needed a rental ($710.70) see attached, due to his patience waiting on the backordered parts.
Once his vehicle was repaired per the estimate and supplement approved by *********** Insurance, *** ******* began pointing out imperfections that were not caused by the initial accident nor the workmanship of our Collision Center employees. We told him we would be happy to make those repairs but since the insurance did not approve the repairs, he would have to pay for them.
