I booked my wedding venue in September of 2021 to hold my wedding July 2 of 2022. At the initial booking I was shown a different location. In March/April of 2022 I was contacted that the location changed due to black mold had been found in the air. I was given an address but found out later that the address was changed yet again on a ******** post she posted and I had not been contacted. At this point it was 3 months to the wedding. I visited the new location and discovered that there were holes in the floor and had carpet tiles. ******** **********/***** stated that she was going to painting all the walls, put new flooring in and it would be ready for my wedding. I trusted her. I would check every so often on progress as I was getting anxious. June 2022 came and no work had been done. I contacted Mrs. **********/*****. She reassured me that it would be done but she was out of town and would not be back until the following week which would be 3 weeks to my wedding. Day of rehersal myself and the wedding party showed up to practice and we could not get into the building as they had just begun pitting the floor down and painting. I was mad. I expressed that I was not happy. Her ******* got rude with a member of my wedding party because she walked in. The day of my wedding I have guests messaging me with pictures showing tables and chairs were outside the building. Bathrooms were not able to be used and I could not use the kitchenette per the contract. The a/c did not work either. The new floor was coming apart and vents coming out of the ceiling. Concerns were brought to her attention and she blatenly ignored them by multiple guests. My guests had to help her set up or it would not have been done. I almost had to change locations day of. My wedding was suppose to start at 6pm and at 5:10pm I recieved the picture of tables and chairs outside the building. She did not fulfill the verbal agreements as well.
