We purchased a 2021 Polaris RZR new along with gap and an extended warranty. As of June 11th 2023 United Motorsports of Richmond has received our cancellation papers. Several calls and emails and it took one month almost for them to fill out their portion on our cancellation notice and turn it in to Riders Advantage where the warranty and gap was through. I had to get Riders Advantage to contact them to even get that far. I spoke to Riders Advantage on July 12th and was informed that United Motorsports had received the refund check and there wasn’t nothing else they could help us with. Numerous phone calls and several emails and here we are October 13th 2023 and have still not received the refund check. United Motorsports changes their story every phone call and always claims they will call back after they investigate but don’t. And that’s if we are lucky enough to get them to answer phone calls. Emails are completely ignored. So not only are we missing the refund. We lost a month of money because refunds are prorated and incurred 5 months now of interest we’ve had to pay on a loan that should have lowered the principal by the amount of the refund check owed to us.Initial Complaint

My name is ************ and I ride motorcycles and I purchased an extended warranty on my 2014 ****** *********** deluxe from Richmond motorsports on May 13 2021 an on February 19 2022 I went back to the dealership in Richmond and filled out all the necessary paperwork to cancel the warranty I never use the warranty one time on the motorcycle so I have been waiting every since then to receive a refund check from Richmond motorsports on the warranty so even though you do not use the warranty they prorate it anyway and you only get back a percentage of your warranty money so my warranty was a two-part warranty one was on the motorcycle and the other one was on tire and rim I had to call and call and Call to finally get back part of my warranty money I spent $1716.86 on this warranty I have received $700 on the warranty they still owe me money on the wheel and tire part and I have not heard anything from them since then this was canceled in March this is June it is way past due the warranty companies name is ****** ********* that is the warranty company that they use on their motorcycles for extended service if you want to purchase its past due for them to send me the rest of my money I didn’t want to have to do this but I am not going to be scammed
