I took my truck in for service and they charged me service for changing the right front caliber and on the receipt there was no parts listed and later that caliber went out and I took it back to toyota south and they stated that caliber has not been changed. I showed the service manager ****** the receipt and I have been trying to get my money back for service they did not complete on my truck but was charged for it. I have been talking to ****** the service manager for about 6 months now and he promised to refund my money but still has not done so. I would like my money back plus the tax and interest that they have made me wait. They owe me back 180.00 plus tax and interest.

I must apologize for the delayed payment. I offer no excuse. ******* our service manager, requested that a refund check be mailed to the Otey's. ****** did his job. However, our business office failed to respond.

The check has been written and placed in our outgoing mail. Due to the holiday (Good Friday) and the fact that we do not have mail pick-up on Saturdays, the check will actually go out Monday, April 10. The check was for the amount requested and does include sales tax and 10% interest.

i sincerely apologize for our failure to deliver the level of service that you deserve.

We submitted the claim on time and within the parameters required by Worker's Comp rules and regulations. ******* has been treated unfairly by his medical providers. The Provider should offer assistance based upon our understanding of their negligence. We are anxious to provide any information at our disposal that we are lawfully permitted to share. I strongly restate ******* is not , and has never been, at fault. It is likely that our only ability to help rests upon our narrative of the date of injury and our communication with our Worker's Comp carrier. We do not have access to ********* credit information including the damage to his credit rating as it pertains to his medical claim. We want to help but we are not certain of how we can help.

      Thank you,

      Service or Repair Issues

I had my my New 2021 ****** ********** picked up for service at my home, on Friday June 24. It was to have 15000 mile service, and when we purchased the car we picked up a service that repairs ding or door dents and rim and tire repairs on the highlander. We had a small rock ding on right side of hood and both passenger tires had small scratch on each. I am very picky about every vehicle I have owned, so it was to get repaired while in for service. The night before I had washed and cleaned it and stuck 3 small pieces of tape on each location, also left a note in the car stating there was 3 things for repair, The small ding on hood a small scratch on LF rim and scuff on RR rim each places I placed tape so could be easily seen. The service got done late Friday, but was contacted by Toyota south that the other stuff would have to wait til Monday so I called back and they said I could jut leave it over the weekend if I wanted. I told them that would be fine. Come Monday sent was fixed but had to wait a day or so on the rims, so we did they got fixed and the car was dropped off wendsday. All was fixed but know the hood had a power tool chatter scratch about 7 inches long across the center of the hood, all the way down to metal. I called and they said it had to already be there, they didn’t do it. I told them just cleaned car before I brought it in, and had tape on all damaged areas, I would have place tape on it also and wrote in the note to see if it could possibly get repaired with my add on package, but it wasn’t there. I work in the same type of industry, so I know when a tool is tapped against car body, what it looks like, it leave what is called chatter marks were it bumps the metal and rolls against it. Talked to device assistant manager them service manager and both said don’t know how it could have happened there and it didn’t happen there around all of there tools. Know July 20th and have called and left 2 messages for Service manager with no return call. Help

******* *******, our General Manager, has been in contact with Mr. *******. We have accepted responsibility. The hood is scheduled to be painted next week ( week of August 15th) at ******** *********. The following week, the paint protection will be applied.

I have every expectation that the issues will be satisfactorily resolved. ****** ***** ************* **, uses ******** ********* to repair minor damage (post build) on just built **** vehicles.
