A friend referred me to Toyota South several years ago. Since then I remain confident that it is the best dealership in the area to service my Toyota. Every time I've taken my vehicle in for service, the staff has been attentive and friendly. Although I appreciate the friendly and welcoming environment, the most important service quality has been the integrity of the work done on my vehicle. If I've had a concern after my vehicle was serviced, the staff was willing to bring about a satisfactory solution. Furthermore, I recently had some major work completed on my vehicle due to its age. I compared the cost of the repair with a few other estimates and Toyota South turned out to be the most cost effective repair. I made an appointment for an oil change, front end alignment and brake check. 3 and a half hours later I am still waiting. I have gotten excuses while watching others that came in 2 hours after me and are leaving with their vehicles. The excuse is they are short technicians, so why is everyone leaving before me and I had the appointment? I made the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait all day. No one told me I would be here for 3 to 4 hours! Short technicians is no excuse when they are moving vehicles out rather quickly, but here I sit!! I got here at 9am and it's noon and my truck just got on the rack for the alignment. Customers are not a priority here... and their excuses don't make it ok.
