First I purchased tickets off ******** for this establishment Shelbyville Cinema 8 for my son and his friend. They are teenagers and are 15. I purchased a child ticket because there were no ages on the site to know which one to purchase. I drop them off with their barcode to watch movie. The movie theater said they purchased the wrong tickets and made him purchase two more. First of all the movie theater should have given him credit for tickets already purchased and made pay difference if they wanted to be fair. So I find this out after the movie contact theater and they tell me I will have to call ********* Contact ******** and tell me I am not receiving refund because after the movie. Well the movie theater said if ******** didn't make it right they would. Nothing. This is a rip off from both places. ******** was supposed to call movie theater and I'm assuming them two together are keeping the extra money. I want reimbursement. Both are poor on customer service.
