Me and my wife lived in it for five months in those five months the underbelly of our trailer had began to bulge to where it was touching the ground and the company came out and cut the underbelly open and revealed about 70 gallons of water that poured out from under the trailer That was from a leak in a waterline under the trailer. That most definitely is not normal wear and tear… and the amount of water damage, mold and mildew that came from that excessive water sitting in the underbelly of the trailer is not normal wear and tear. These are things that should be included in a manufacturers warranty, because clearly the manufacturers did not assemble something right if there is a leak that is unable to be seen in a waterline inside the underbelly of a trailer. I suppose you could say the company did do a short term fix since they want to claim that, because after they cut the underbelly of our trailer open, they did put duct tape back over the cut so that the underbelly wasn’t hanging out like a rabbid animal broke into it, unfortunately that duct tape maybe held for a week at most as far as the mold they came and simply sprayed cleaner on it and wiped it, which is what me and my wife had already been doing, and the mold still persisted, and kept growing due to the amount of water damage caused… as a side note I would also recommend anyone to hire someone else to fix the problems this company causes you and bill them for it because the men they sent out track dirt in and out of the trailer. They used our bathroom and did not wash their hands, then proceeded to touch everything and slam our doors until they about fell off the hinges and overall left it in a permanent worse mess than when they arrived.

I buy a pick up truck from this dealer, and the next day the engine light come to the board so I take it to my maintenance shop and they told me that the transmission of the truck need to be replaced, I have to spend 5k to replace and they told me on the shop that’s the codes were deleted that’s why I don’t see it when I test it when I buy it, if you want to buy a car from this dealer make sure you take it before buy it to a mechanic to check everything

On this purchase there were no codes deleted. Customer test drove vehicle and at closing was offered the opportunity to purchase a warranty on the vehicle if interested. Customer denied wanting warranty due to no issues with truck and shifts out perfect. Customer purchased vehicle and drove for a week before he said engine light came on. Never was showed any proof of engine light coming on and even offered to bring to our mechanic shop to look over it and he denied. I asked if the truck is broke down and he said he is still driving truck. He said he was told it needs a transmission from a random mechanic shop due to engine light coming on. We believe the transmission doesn't have an issue it is the mechanic shop trying to take advantage of the situation and make money off of the customer by saying it is the transmission. I explained this to the customer especially because the customer is still driving the truck. We are disputing this review because it is not truthful and doesn't represent Bullitt County Auto & RV Sales Inc. We take pride in making sure each and every vehicle is inspected and looked over before listed for sale.
