I had a flood under my sink that I thought we fixed, but it happened again. The areas that were leaking made no sense! Mike M***** comes out, I explain, his eyebrow goes up and he's like, "hmmm". Well, we try a few things, and he fixes what he felt was the issue. It's been a few days, and it appears fixed!! Mike was nice, professional, put "socks" over his shoes, got to the point, asked several questions and was in and out for the most part. Do I recommend Mike and Jeffries? I do, but I have one compliant (no issues with Mike)....the service call does not go towards any repairs, and I don't recall being informed about that. So, just be aware as a customer that the upfront cost is "extra".

Jefferies use to be a good Company when owned by Courtney Jefferies. Courtney and Brad worked on my Hvac system many times. I recently had a hot water tank installed and when I asked for an itemized bill they stated they didn't give itemized bills. Now I know why. I was charged an outrageous amount. Their company uses standardize pricing, at least that's what I was told. I would hate to pay what I paid for a repair versus the replacement I had. What a rip off company. I will never use them again.

Excellent service provided by Jeffries Heating and Air and plumbing. I have had Jeffries replace my HVAC unit when I first bought my condo in 2019. I have have them replace faucets and take care of a water leak. They are always prompt, clean, and do a great job. I was lucky to have Jake the manager come to do my repairs!! He is the best! Happy to have such reliable service.

I woke to the horrible smell of gray water coming up through my basement drain, an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. Jeffries response was swift, sending Mike M***** to the rescue. Old houses can be tricky but Mike, Jake, and Jim are more than up for the task. I highly recommend this company. There expertise and customer service were great.

Our technician was on a job when we called. He called when the job was done to tell us he was on his way. I had water coming out of my ceiling in the garage. He got here and looked in the ceiling, and didn't see an immediate problem. We went to the kitchen and he found a pin hole in the ice maker line. It must been leaking for a while. He needed a trip to Lowe's to get the parts necessary to fix. He changed the line to the hookup we had installed when we re-plumbed the house. Our gut didn't have the right connectors. That solved the problem. Thanks for the great job.

I called this company based on very high reviews. I woke up this morning with a hole in my closet ceiling. I cut away the dry wall, removed the toilet and made every effort to simplify my need. I needed a new Flange, 45&90 elbow ran. This is roughly 1.5 hrs of work. Didn’t need them to set toilet or make repair to ceiling just flange, 45/90. On the high side I was prepared to spend $400. I however was given a quote of $785. This is highway robbery. The parts are $42 and as mentioned this is a 1.5hr job. So roughly the owner feels that charging $522 a hour is fair. I am an active duty military officer with experience in home renovation and however I am stationed away from my family right now. Luckily I was home when this happened. This is a company that prays on people not asking questions and handing over money! I spoke with the owner and he exclaimed overhead this and that.. $522 a hour is insane, a top notch plumber charges $150 a hour. I just called my supervisor and asked for a few extra days off to make the $42 repair myself. I highly recommend you shop around for other plumbers, watch a YouTube video and see if you can do it yourself. Above all don’t line the pockets of rich, greedy, self righteous plumbers like Jefferies. LT Tim V**** US Coast Guard

Our company operates as a flat rate pricing company; meaning our company has a standardized pricebook for all possible repairs/projects that our employees utilizes for all of our clients; our company does not charge per hour or per amount of material. Our company has a standardized service charge for our employee to report to the location and assess/diagnose the situation at hand. Afterwards, our employee, either in HVAC or plumbing, will discuss total cost of repair before proceeding with the fix with client approval. You called into our office stating you had a leak issue and thought the pipe needed replaced. Our plumber reported to your location and after assessing the situation at your location, our plumber created an estimate for repair and presented you with that estimate onsite. The project will take our company longer than 1.5 hours to complete properly. Our employees at Jeffries are very knowledgeable, experienced and licensed in the state of Kentucky. Our company provides great customer service and explains all repairs/projects before proceeding, as well as answers any questions during and after the project/repair is completed. Our company stands behind our employee's work 100% for at least one year or longer (based on the type of repair/project completed). All potential clients are welcome to obtain other estimates for repairs/projects if the client desires; our company does not pressure our clients in any manner to complete the repair with us. Our company is priced correctly to continue to provide our clients with top notch service by providing knowledgeable, experienced, well mannered and well paid employees. Our company's pricing will not be as cheap as completing the project yourself, neither should any company operating a business appropriately. We appreciate the opportunity to bid your project.
