Purchased a 2007 Toyota 4 runner from this business less than a year ago only put about three thousand miles on it had severe issues with rust damage and other issues from day one.l have paid close to $5,000 in repairs since purchase just to keep it drivable. l will attach some of the repair bills. l believe this dealership sold me a vehicle they knew had water damage and other issues in bad faith. The dealership did attempt a frame repair but did not reattach rear stabilzer and sway bar tie in still need that done and ordered a rear hatch that had rusted out wiring and bad computer module l paid over 500.00 to have it installed.Power steering system was severely rusted and non funcional paid $2214.95 for that repair.Shift console and cable repair was $1,899.71 would not go into park or start and trouble getting into drive.AC system has also been out due to same issues cost to repair around $2,500.00 have not did that yet can not afford l am on fixed income just some of the main problems fixed not a complete list.l believe that this dealership knew this vehicle was junk and should never have been sold to be on the road was unsafe to drive was even told by Toyota to park it and keep off road until frame repairs were done day after l purchased vehicle. Also skid plate was removed due to rust and could not be reinstalled by Toyota after power steering repair also needs to be replaced not sure of cost of that yet.

I am writing in regard to Wildcat Used Cars LLC located at 4469 South Hwy 27, Somerset KY 425501. I am very disappointed, and frustrated with how my family has been treated, please let me explain. I purchased my apple red 2013 F150 Ford, extended cab at the end of April of this year. ******* was our sales representative. We $2,500 down and financed the remaining 17K, my credit isn’t the best, so I got a high interest rate. On the test drive, I noticed smoke coming from the passenger side tire, I was informed that the truck had a “small” oil leak, and it would be fixed before signing all the final paperwork. Let’s fast-forward a little, the oil leak did not get fixed as promised and documented on the paperwork, even after bringing it back 3 separate times and having to make other arrangements for transportation. At one point it took 7 days before I was able to get my truck back. Since then, the throttle body went out and I have replaced the front right wheel bearing, front and back brakes, and the back tires. This truck is a LEMON Fast forward again, this truck has been nothing but problems. I just paid another $900 to **** ****** Auto Repair who informed me that they found multiple cylinder miss timing phaser codes oxygen sensor codes and catalylist codes. They replaced the ignition system, spark plugs, R&R with coil boots. Replaced the vapor canister, purge solenoid, purge valve, and replaced the hydraulic system (vacuum pump). I have barely had this truck for 6 months, am I sure you now understand my frustration and disappointment. I have spent a fortune on making repairs that the dealership knew about and sold it to me anyways. As stated before, this is a Lemon Vehicle, and I am stuck making thousands of dollars’ worth of repairs and I really don’t have that kind of money.

After the test drive she had pointed out to the salesperson that it had oil smoke coming from the engine compartment.  Mrs. ****** agreed to purchase the vehicle after we agreed to repair the valve covers.  The repair was then listed on the "we owe" that we have every customer sign (attached file).  Mrs. ******* was also aware that she was buying the vehicle as-is and signed off on the buyers order that it was as-is (attached file) and signed a buyers guide that was marked as-is with a full definition and description(attached file).  She was explained that an extended warranty was available at an additional cost but we were not able to finance it in with the vehicle and that she would have to pay cash for it and she chose not to take it and signed warrant waiver form (attached file). We did in fact set an appointment for her on 4/18/2023 to bring her truck back in to do the repair and not only repaired the valve covers on her truck which was a $732.96 repair (attached file).  The next month she called and explained that her vehicle wasn't running right and was still leaking oil and brought it back in and we found that the rear main seal was leaking on her truck and the throttle body needed replaced so out of courtesy because of our initial agreement scheduled it to be repaired on 5/12/2023 and replaced the rear main seal and the throttle body which was another $1352.36 repair (attached file). Mrs. ****** claims that the truck is still leaking oil and came in 10/9/2023 around 4:30pm which was on a Saturday to voice her frustration and we offered to let her bring it back on Monday to diagnose but she made it clear that she did not want the truck and wanted to try and trade the truck.  We then attempted to work out a deal on another truck but it required money down and her payment was going to be quite a bit more than her current payment and Mrs. ****** stated that she was not going to put more money down and was not going to pay more payment and left.
