Gets me to travel 90 miles roughly after having appt,applied, tells me upon arriving get in line and we TRY to get u in before we close expecting me to wait hrs,on a maybe and he got nasty and flippant.. would never do business with again..

This customer called the day before. We do not schedule appointments and we operate on first come first serve basis. He was told to arrive by 7a.m. because he was coming in on Saturday- our short and very busy day. He arrived around 8:20a.m. and many customers were already in line for service. Upon his arrival, he came inside my showroom in front of multiple people in our waiting area and demanded that because he had driven a distance, he wanted his vehicle to be taken in front of everyone else's. I reminded him that he was told that he would need to be here by 7a.m. to avoid a wait in line. He was extremely threatening and confrontational screaming curse words at me, as I can easily verify by multiple people watching all this transpire. He advised me that he wanted me to step out from behind the counter at one point as I advised him that this would not be a good idea and it was best for him to exit my premises. I had asked calmly many times for him to please leave if he was unable to wait for his service. It is not shocking to me that he would in turn resort to putting something online. We have been here over 40 years. Our customers are very important to us but we can not take one customer in front of several others just because they demand us to do so. It is just not fair to the others that came ahead and have already been waiting. I have no apologies for this consumer because he was rude, threatening and caused a huge scene in my place of business. He is only partially telling the truth, and i also have a witness...He said 8-8:30 am he did give an appointment for me and then he first got rude telling me if u dont like it i can send them back and u can leave...To which i let him know that was rude ,and that he shouldnt treat customers like that....U honestly think someone is going to make a 90-100 mi round trip show up an hr+ late for a MAYBE walk in? NO i would not...I went to another place same day and got NEW tires put on...He sarcastically told me as i was leaving HAVE a nice day in a snarky tone to which i told him to stick those tires AFTER he got rude, he told me then to stick those tires as well in front of others, to which we argued further and i told him if HE wanted we could step outside and HE could do something about it..He lied to me, insulted me in front of others and was extremely rude and obnoxious to which i responded to his verbal abuse and then when he shut his lying mouth up and stopped insulting me i left ...I will never do business with that liar again...
