5/23/23 started a new driveway & was to be finished in June 2023. ***** ******* said it was finished 11/2023. 2 weeks later we couldn't use the driveway. We have a detailed report of what he did wrong or didn't do at all. ***** said it just needed a couple more loads of rock but he wasn't buying it. We had a shared driveway that was closed off and we had to get a neighbor to uncover it and we had to buy more rock just so we could get to our hoe. He is now using our driveway on his website & new fb page. That is false advertisement bc our driveway doesn't look like that. A driveway that should have been finished in June of 23 and it took 5 months. It was a muddy mess for 5 months & he worked maybe 1 full day the entire 5 months. ***** pulled the permit with the county & didn't finish what he was supposed to do with them either so he will lose his bond $ he gave them. We had the surveyor mark the lines really well and he still put part of the driveway on the neighbors yard. We also paid him 16K for a pool contract which he didn't perform past the first payment and pool delivery that was to be done by 10/23. Then he stole 5500.00 of our money for him to finish the electric in our garage. He worked a couple hours on this and bought a few materials then ghosted us on it. We had to hire another electrician to do the job he was supposed to do. We repeatedly asked for receipts of what he bought & he never provided any. He did the work for us under ********* land solutions but has conveniently changed his business name. We don't expect all our money back bc he did put down a water line & cleared some land. All the rock he bought is wasted and we have to pay someone to fix his work. I have texts/emails/videos and photos of all of this. He also uncovered our water line and was supposed to come out the next day to fix it, 2 weeks later he orders rock & they busted our line then I happened to find it the next day. He wasn't interested in making it right.
