Having just bought a house in Versailles, KY, I was in need of help to repair/construct a few things. I retained the services of Noss Services, as the young man responding to my ad, seemed very nice and stated he could do everything on my list. I hired him in April and here it is June, with the job still not being completed, but I wrote a check May 5, which he cashed, for the agreed upon price of $1100, since had to pay a plumber $229 for fixing the problem he left me with under my sink, rendering it inoperable and not bothering to return until two weeks later, My gate is still not fixed, will include pics of that, nor is the ramp built for my little one-eyed 13 year old dog! I have messaged him several times to return to complete all, with the last being May 17, before the one I sent today. My hope is that he will finish the work he has already been paid to do, and yes, I have learned to never pay anyone until all work is completed. I have never received a phone call, text or email from ************ regarding dissatisfaction with he project. I have attempted to reach out to her after receiving this complaint and will talk with her see what we can do to help her. It’s unfortunate that she submitted this without trying to contact us before. She was very satisfied with the job and paid us for it and we have not heard from her since.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I did reach out several times to the guy who actually did the work. My son took a pic of some of the texts between he and I and sent to the other brother, who obviously doesn't communicate well with the others, but seems does more of the office work and scheduling. He did call/message me yesterday and I returned his call today. He is coming tomorrow to assess what needs to be done to finish the project. The work began in mid-April, so has been a very lengthy process and totally uncalled for. I do not like or appreciate his trying to "pass the buck" on the responsibility of his company. He was upset that I contacted you to get some results, when should have never had to come to that if had been done and in a timely manner in the first place. Next he was trying to say something was not included in the price. No dice, again, that was the set and agreed upon price for making all repairs/doing all projects. I had paid the balance prematurely, thinking the young man would go ahead and finish the job, but have learned to never do so again until all is completed. Thank you for your attention to this matter and will keep you posted.
