I had new rain gutters installed to my entire house in November with gutter guards. I spent $1806.62. After the first rain, they were leaking every where due to not sealing them correctly. An employee was sent out and stated that the crew that was here to install them didn't install correctly or sealed correctly. he proceeded to remedy the issues. After the next rain, I still had major issues with water completely bypass them and raining over the gutters like a water fall. (pictures have been ta*** multiple time and sent to owner "***". They came out again the tried to fix the issues. Then it continued with the same issues. They finally came out three weeks ago. said the rain guards holes were too small to accommodate the water and I was told I would be reimbursed the $400.00 that those cost me and they completely removed the rain gutters to the front of the house due to they stated were not installed correctly. I told them they would have to wait that day so that new metal flashing or repairs could be done due to them mangling the flashing with removal of the poorly installed gutters. They said they would be back the next day and I have never heard from them since. I have sent multiple text messages and made multiple phone calls to no avail. I now have a flooded crawl space due to the rain water not being diverted with the gutters. I want them to replace the gutters as I was told that would be done and reimbursed for the gutter guards. Or completely refund my monies and I will get a company that knows what they are doing to get my gutters installed correctly. all pictures are located on my phone with videos also. not on this computer
