      Purchased grips and never received them, then he stopped responding to calls and messages.

      On 7-31-23 I shipped two Colt revolver frames with barrels but without cylinders and pins to ****** at Hillbilly grips for custom replacement grips to be made. 1) 1972 Colt SAA sn# ******* value of $4500.00 2) 1981 Colt SAA sn# ******* value of $3500.00 Prior to shipping deposit was given and was told turnaround would be 2months. I’ve reached out and spoken to ****** several times after the two month wait and was advised he had medical issues, and all orders were on hold. In fear of loosing my items if something were to happen to him and or his business closing. I politely requested my items be returned through text and verbally thru voice mails. I advised him one item is a family heirloom belong to my grandfather to please send back unfinished, and I would still pay for items ordered just to get my pieces back. Since my last requests to please return items is now being ignored. I feel I need to reach out for help.

      I placed an order with Hillbilly Grips back on May 25th 2021. At the time the communication was great.. then Covid came along so I gave some slack and figured I would receive my order sooner than later. I continued to try to reach out to the owner about my order , eventually all communication ended. The last time I heard from the Owner about my order was August 2022. After reviewing reviews on this businesses Facebook account I have found out that I am not the only one dealing with this issue. The item I ordered is paid in full. At this time I would prefer to either receive my item or a full refund. Though I can not process anything because I can not get in contact with the owner of this business. The order was for a set of custom Grips for a 1911 pistol along with a inlay work for a Silver Crucifix that I had purchased and sent to the owner to install into the grips. There were also another set of Rare medallions that I had sent down to the owner for another pair of grips I was planning to have made at a later date. I have not received anything.
