I spoke to somebody on July 31st. About settling a debt. They told me to contact them by August 10th. This is all in the year 2024 I made numerous calls on August 9th, which was a Friday, never received a call back. I called on Saturday, August 10th. They were close but I still left a message Just assuming I would get a call back on Monday. I called on Monday Numerous times never received any callback The following Tuesday I called again plenty of times never received anything back.I have faxed them twice now And I have confirmation papers from sending faxs, I have emailed them twice and I'm continued to call them and leave messages for about 2 weeks after I finally get a call back today which is August 20th. And when I spoke to bill Riley, who is who I talk to on July 31st, he was extremely unprofessional. He was yelling in the phone call until I said,I don't understand why you're yelling. I didn't speak to him any type away. I was not yelling at him. I was not cussing at him nothing I asked him. Why I was just now getting a phone call. Because I've been trying to call email fax. Everything you get think of to contact these people and all I got was. There was technical difficulties, but I'm not understanding. Is there's no way that they didn't have any sources to contact. People where to get anything with and almost 2 weeks. I tried to call back after I spoke to him to get a number to file a complaint on him and I've called 3 times and get no answer from anybody. I think the company is extremely unprofessional. They definitely don't know how to treat people. I've looked them up online. They've got numerous complaints of being scammers and being reported to the Better Business Bureau,Numerous times.

This is probably the worst ran company in existence. They do not communicate with you, and their phone agents pretend to note your account while doing nothing so it looks like you made no contact with them. They also are TERRIBLE about filing motions on time. Absolutely incompetent people working at this business. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for how you conduct business. I could write books about how terrible everyone there is. If you’re looking to use this incompetent company, be prepared to lose money and sanity. They are the definition of true evil.

I have contacted Lloyd and McDaniel for a few weeks now to get my monthly garnishment lowered. It is the same price as my mortgage every month and I cannot afford that. I have no problems paying I would just like assistance to get the payment lowered. I have called numerous times and left numerous voicemails with no return call back. I cannot afford another garnishment to be taken out that high or I will lose my home. Please return phone calls and voice mail messages!!! Denise G

After many unanswered emails and voicemails they are still sending mail and officers to my home after I've already sent them a death certificate for my grandfather. I would never recommend this law firm. Highly unprofessional and non-responsive.

Horrible company with crooked employees. They violate every law there is regarding collection of an old debt. They call anyone & everyone connected to you, they lie and are very corrupt. I pray someday they are punished for all the wrong that they do to people. May God have mercy on your soul when you stand before him on judgement day!

These attorneys' prey on the vulnerable disabled population that can't fend for themselves. They drag poverty stricken disabled people into court that have nothing and try to get judges to pay money from their disability checks. There's a special place in hell for these attorneys and everybody that works here. This is the face of pure evil!

Violated the repeatedly when to cease and desist contact on an uncollectible account. Filed a lawsuit even though they were informed the account is uncollectible. And told that C***** O** Bank sold them an uncollectible account they continued collection process.

Ridiculous company. We have been paying on this bill since 2015. They are taking me to court next Monday. I've offered three times for a settlement. This bill never goes down. I'm bringing all the proof I have of payments, which strangely does not show on their website. They show I've only paid 690? Our records show we have paid 1920.
