Horrible horrible company. My Father, who was a veteran, served in our military ordered for his tank to be filled and passed away a couple of months later with a brain tumor that had just been found when he ordered the propane. I paid for it after he passed a way when my Aunt sent me a text that they were about to disconnect and pick up their tank. It was $654.97 worth of propane and when our family finally made it back up the the Kentucky house to start going through his things we had no hot water and didn't know what the problem was so I called this company and said we thought maybe the gauge was stolen, we had no idea. They weren't sure when they would be able to get someone out to check on it and we were only going to be there for the week of Thanksgiving so no hot water until what I thought would be our last night and that we would finally all get to take a hot shower before taking off back to Florida the next morning. However the gentleman who came and got us hooked up said that I had to pay a service charge fee and I had no idea and was not a bit happy that they show up on the day prior to us leaving and then want me to pay a $114 service charge! NOT HAPPENING. BYE so now I discontinued my service with them and had them pick up the tank and I get a check in the mail from them for $162.64 with no explanation, so they ended up keeping $492.33 for? RIPOFF!!
