i have paid rent on time in full and i am not receiving the services that are to be provided in the lease between my self and stone bridge apartments in abbeville la. The apartments are owned by mayfair management in dallas tx. I have also contacted the owners to no help as well. The managers of the apartment complex are not doing any Maintenace on the buildings. I am putting in Maintenace request online and notifying them by phone all to have nothing done. The managers or going in and deleting the Maintenace request. My washer and dryer has been broken for over 4 months. I have not had a working light in my kitchen for months. I have leaks in my roof. There are numerous fore exits sign hanging or broken through out the apartment complex. The out side lighting is broken in the parking lots. When management is asked why these things or not being addressed i am told they have only one Maintenace worker and he can not go up stairs so he can only dop maintenance on the first floors. There is no help from either the managers or the owners to fix these problems even after numerous attempts to talk to them. There is also open use of drugs in the hallways and constant smell of drugs everywhere in the apartment complex.Business response

I understand the residents concerns and yes all I have right now is one maintenance man who cannot climb stairs due to an injury. We were only aware of the dryer and kitchen light. I will have vendors go to take care of these things that they are able to. As far as the things on property we are in the process of taking care of them. ThanksBusiness response

Patrick PhelpsWhile i appreciate the apartment complex saying they will do things does not change the fact for months now i have not been having the things im supposed to or the 100 s of dollars ive had to spend either taking my clothes to washateria or having to run my dryer to or 3 cycles to dry clothes or being able to see in my kitchen and all the while being told i just habe to deal with it. If i told them i wasnt gunna pay the whole rent i would be fined and threatened with eviction i think there should be some discounts involved as well as having these issues fixed immeadiatley as well as helping the other residence of this complex!
