Sad to say that they gave me two Estimates, one for Shingles and one for Metal and were supposed to come by to show me the Colors I could pick from when I decided on Shingles but they kept putting me off. Then when I questioned them about why they were putting me off, they said they had a very large job that they were doing so perhaps I should go with someone else. ... YET, they were saying they were available for other jobs on the Vermilion Parish Update Facebook Page. I am wondering if they put me off simply because I questioned why they added "cost for their insurance" onto one of my Estimates.

I am sorry that you feel that way about our services. The reason we did not feel comfortable taking on your job was that you told us about the many companies that you sued after they did work for you. If I may give you some advice, leave that part out when speaking to contractors.

Wow! That is an outright LIE. I never sued any company. If I may give you some advice, don't lie about why you really did not service my roof.

just finished copying all email communication between us, including the discussion of you charging for your Insurance on one of my Estimates, your explanation for doing so, and all Estimates including the corrected Estimate after deducting for the fee you were attempting to charge me for your Isurance cost.

Now, do you want to take back your remark about me telling you that I have sued numerous companies? I have never sued a company and have never told you that I have (as the communication I copied proves)! Your response was hateful, very unprofessional and slanderous!

What is really sad is that I contacted you after someone replaced my metal roof due to Hurricane Delta damage and it was obvious just from looking at their job and from what neighbors across the street witnessed them doing that there were major issues with their job. So, I call you to inspect the work and YOU listed numerous problems you saw and I paid YOU to seal up the leaks that YOU reported on. I then got an Adjuster to thoroughly inspect the entire roof and HE stated the roof needs to be ripped out and redone. There was NO LAWSUIT; there was an ADUSTER who gave me a REPORT listing all the problems and reasons why it needed to be replaced. YOU KNOW ALL THIS and agreed to do the work, gave me Estimates to do the work but put me off AFTER I questioned why your were attempting to bill me for YOUR INSURANCE! Again, your response was hateful, very unprofessional, and slanderous!!!
