      I wish I never used Alpha!! My air system was badly installed and now I am hot in my house. My new system leaked freon and now I'm low on it which is causing a big cooling problem. My whole system is malfunctioning I was ignored for one whole month calling every day. Alpha is bad bad bad - call around and overlook them amateur in the business!! I made a very big mistake that I regret calling Alpha - OMG bad

      ALPHA AIR HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING, LLC. 29 **************************************************************************************** (985) 338-1901 with an alternative address of **************************************************** with a phone number of ************ owned by ************************* alpha air has given me a poor installation which cost me $340 to fix. I still need further work to fully adjust my air system in my house. ***************** failed to honor the one-year warranty of service. His ******* causes a chemical leak which made damaged the ceiling in a guest bedroom. ***************** blocked my phone number too. His true address is misleading but I feel he lives in ******, ** with the phone number from his website ************. In high season, these air condition companies go from house to house fast to make the fast money without offering professional installations to customers as in my case. i will spend more money soon to fine-tune my air system on the 28 June . alpha air should be doing all of this but they are too busy making the fast high season money to honor their warranty leaving householders hot in their homes like I was before I paid to have another company fix up the wrong installation alpha did. please avoid them totally.

      On March 4, 2021 Mr. ********* contacted us via thumbtack looking to hire an HVAC contractor to switch his current system from gas/electric to  electric. On Monday, March 7 we had a service tech dispatched to the home to offer a free estimate for a new system. Mr. ********* went with the option that cost $11,496.86. He received a 10% military discount and was only approved financing for $8000. At this point, wanted to extend Mr. ********* some additional ***** in order to get him the system he desperately needed. We allowed him to make monthly payments, for work that has already been completed, based on an amount the client felt he was comfortable with.

      Mr. ********* contacted us Friday June 3, 2022 in regards to damage he noticed on his ceiling, we responded back the same day stating we would get someone out to look as soon as possible. Mr. ********* continued texting throughout the day claiming it was a water leak, recanted & tried stating it was a chemical reaction due to no water marks around the damaged area. Mr. ********* claimed his system stopped working and demanded us to see him that evening. Unfortunately, we had other clients we were currently tending too and made Mr. ********* aware of this. He then requested an attic fan be installed at the home and followed that by threatening a bad review if the problem was not fixed by Monday. A phone call was conducted with the client stating that we do not use any sort of harsh chemicals that could cause said damage to his ceiling. We offered him an estimate on the attic fan install, however, Mr. ********* stated he couldnt afford it & was going to wait on money he was expecting from a personal settlement.

      On June 18, 2022 (4:35 PM) Mr. ********* contacted us stating his system had failed and requested to be seen first the following day. At 6:47 PM he contacted us again telling us not to come anymore because he hired another company. He began to say negative comments about my crew and went on to leave terrible reviews via yelp, ******** and BBB. He continued to text the phone line at 1:00AM, directing derogatory statements towards my personal family. The following morning I replied to the client via text that his labor warranty would be void and a do not service order would be issued to his account, however, this message would not send because Mr. ********* had blocked the number. The review on ******** was so vulgar and inappropriate that it was removed by ******** for not following correct community guidelines.

      In addition, Mr. ********* put a stop payment on several checks and at this point in time still owes $1500 on his account. I believe all of this has been done in an attempt to avoid paying the remaining balance owed on his account.
