I purchased an electric pressure washer in latter part of 2021. I brought it home and use it for about 4 hours when it stopped working. I brought it back to the store and explained what had happened. They held for a month and when I went to pick it up they said that it worked when they checked it out and could find nothing wrong with it. I took it home and after 4 hours it stopped again. It was Jan.2022 when I returned it the 2nd time. to the store. It is now July. 2022. Every time I ask about the status of the repair they first said they were waiting on parts, now they tell me they can't locate the parts. I'm tired of waiting and I want my purchase price back.Business response

At Abita Lumber our customers are of primary importance to **. Due to the state of the economy and the post-pandemic supply chain, many raw materials and items derived from these materials have been in extremely short supply, and the items needed to repair **************** pressure washer are of them. As a result of having an extended wait on these items we decided to give ************ a new piece of equipment, with which he was satisfied.
